Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can understand your concern.
What you're experiencing, is likely to be a post infective period of residual inflammation. All you need to do is, probably apply a little Neosporin eye ointment on the meatus, at bedtime for a few days.
That will relieve your irritation at the meatus. Maintain good penile hygiene.
Avoid moisture over the area. Drink 10 glasses fluids daily.
If you've any other doubts, you can contact me here, with a direct question, for an expert opinion.
