What Causes Irritation Near The Tip Of Penis?

Hello there. Recently I have been having slight irritation near the hole of my penis. I think the skin on the bottom of the hole may have ripped a little bit. There is no blood but I m still concerned. Is this something that is normal and will heal with proper care or should I be concerned?

Hello sir,
Good morning,
I read your history twice in which mentioned that you have irritation at penile meatus...
So I can put d/d
1.) if it is during urination than it may be some uti (urinary track infection)
2.) of any history of recently active sexual life than it may be sti ( sexually transmitted infection)
3.) during active sex life there may be minor injury there... it causes iritation there
4.)idiopathic...
For that one examnination is necessary after that we can come final conclusion as you didn't mentioned other sign n symptoms that should be enquired once...
So please consult any general surgon once...
