Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all do not panic.

Looking at your history of LEEP,
I will suggest you to get a per speculum and per vaginal examination done from your treating doctor. This will help to know about the cervical problem if any. Sometimes erosion or polyp on the cervix can cause intermittent spotting.
These are treatable conditions and will also help you to get pregnant.

Please be positive.
Adopt a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen. Keep taking Vitamin B 12 and Folic acid supplementation.
The things will be fine in the due course of time.
May God bless you with a bundle to Joy.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
Dr. Purushottam Neurgaonkar.
