What Causes Irregular Vaginal Bleeding Post C Section?

Hi I had my first c section 2 month ago and I had blood for few weeks and it stop and then after a week it started bleeding again and it was for 3 week and again after week now it s heavy bleeding and sometimes I use to feel pain in internal stitches I m afraid whether. My stitches has reopen or what. Plz help me.

I can understand your concern. C-section deliveries are sometimes associated with such situations of postpartum hemorrhage. It may be due to infection of the area of stitches as you are also feeling pain in the stitches area.

I would advise you not to ignore this condition and consult your gynecologist for the physical examination of the surgical area. You might have to take antibiotics if infection is present.
