Hi..Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

First of all you are not pregnant for sure, as you had your period. The period is that you are having a long & painful period , this is known as dysmenorrhea.
This problem can arise because of many factorssuch as Hormonal disturbance such as thyroid disorder, Poly cystic ovary disease, Emotional stress, Overeating or sudden weight change, etc
You can take anti-inflammatory medicines like Tranexamic acid tablet for painful periods. It will reduce the length of periods & also reduce the pain or cramps during the period
You should exercise daily, this will reduce the pain during periods in long run. Take a healthy diet full of vitamins & minerals. you could also take diet supplements consisting of omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin e , etc. You should also increase intake of water.

Consult a gynaecologist, if problem persists or worsen.

Hoping your query is solved
Good luck
