What Causes Irregular Periods?

Hello doctor..... Am having irregular periods....my last period was at April 5th...still I did not get my period..... I also taken hcg which was negative for twice... And two days back I had taken ultrasound scan for pelvis..... Which was mentioned like *features are suggestive of PCOS. *suggested further evaluation with hormonal assay. I don t know whether pregnant r not... Please tell me what I have to do to get periods immediately

As urine test and sonography both suggests, you are not pregnant but you have hormonal imbalance and PCOS.
It's better to consult Gynecologist who will prescribe some testa like FSH, LH, Prolactin and other relevant tests. Based on result of tests appropriate treatment will be adviced for PCOS and irregular periods.
PCOS can be tackled very wel if proper medicines are taken.
