What Causes Irregular Periods?
It s been a good 2 years since I started my period but it s still irregular and scared the living lights out of me when it doesn t come is there anything I can do to make it regular? What are some things that cause it to be irregular? And when do I know my period is over officially? Lastly, how should I figure out when my next period is? Thanks

in d initial age of 13 years to 16 yrs periods r irregular in case of many girls...it takes a while to set ur hormonal axis...but delay in period is due to stress...overweight,hormonal imbalance,pcod,u can take ocps for 6 month to make your cycles regular from 5th day...
