What Causes Irregular Periods Without Cramping?

I had started off as of February 24th with on and off spotting and then come March 5th I got my period which officially stopped March 20th. Here comes March 28 and I have my period again till this very day. This has never happened to me before. I know I ve been overly stressed these passed couple of months. I don t have any cramping or any pains. What s going on?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear welcome to HealthcareMagic
Concerning your experience with irregular menstrual bleeding with no cramps following a previous stressful event I am suggesting that you have developed an intermenstural bleeding possibly due to hormonal inbalance

In view of this please do a hormone profile test to confirm the above condition and see a gynecologist for further clinical assessment Councelling as well as adequate drug prescription Following the outcome of the test result

I hope this helps Regards
