noted history of irregular menses and abdominal enlargement. do you feel any other symptoms, like abdominal mass or bloatedness, and what is your current weight? gynecologic, gastrointestinal and endocrinal pathologies must be ruled-out in your case. it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably a gynecologist, regarding your irregular menstruation. physical examination and clinical evaluation will be done. diagnostics (such as ultrasound and ct-scan) and management (medical and/or surgical if indications are found) will be directed accordingly.
hope this helps.
good day!!
