What Causes Irregular Periods Along With Profuse Sweating?

hello i had normal periods up until 2 months ago--i was in mexico on vacation and the water was not great when i bathed there but i felt good--since then though i have night sweats,some day sweats,my periods have stopped i do exercise alot and have lost weight all in this same time frame as well

Understand your concern
I think it is due to hormonal imbalance or perimenopausal state.

Also note other causes:
Hyperthyroidism
Brain disorder like acromegaly, Change in life style, Late ovulation, Excessive exercise
Drugs: Birth control pills, thyroid medication, Excessive tea and caffeine
Thyroid problem: hypothyroidism
Hormonal imbalance

For diagnosis consult the gynecologist and undergo
Pelvic examination
USG
Hormonal analysis: E2, P, FSH, LH, HCG, GH, Prolactin
CBC, ESR
Thryoid profile

Advice:
Take regular relaxation exercise like yoga and breathing excercise
Avoid smoking and alcohol
Avoid excessive exercise
Take healthy diets
