What Causes Irregular Periods Along With Pain During Intercourse?

hi sir i m married woman age 21, when i use urinals i have burning and through that one white worm pass out,and i did t get periods on date every month, and one more problem when i go for sex i m unable to do sex because of pain please give a suggestion and drug. thanking you sir

I shall make an effort to provide you with good professional recommendations specific to your questions.
As you have mentioned about the white worm passing while passing urine, Pin worm infestation should be ruled out.
In females, pinworm infections can sometimes cause a urinary tract infection. Pain while sex may be due to urinary tract infection.

In my clinic i would have asked for routine urine analysis, and also would have asked you to consume lot of fluid and crane berry juice would be helpful. Based on the report i would have considered the antibiotic.

To address the pinworm mebex single dose followed by second dose after two weeks would be suefficient.

For all this you need to see doctor for evalution and for prescription of drugs.
