What Causes Irregular Periods After An Ectopic Pregnancy?

I have an right ectopic pregnancy in october then I got my periods be irregular then after few months I got a scan done and found to have left side a cyst nw its outside the left ovary its para ovarian left cyst and im getting my periods like first 2 days spot then from third day flow is starting what causes so :(

Hi I think you should consult a gynecologist for complete examination. Get a pelvic examination done to rule out any cervical pathology or infections. Also get a thyroid profile and prolactin level. Generally paraovarian cyst doesn't lead to irregular periods. Ectopic pregnancy also will not have such long term side effect. It can be due to some hormonal imbalances or infections. Hope it helps.
