What Causes Irregular Periods, Acne And Anxiety Attacks Post Birth Control Withdrawal?

Hello, Ive been off the birth control pill for a year now and my cycles have been 38 days long and now I haven t had a period for 59 days. I m also experiencing major acne especially along jawline and severe anxiety and depression. I have taken multiple pregnancy tests and been to a free clinic to get tested and I am not pregnant. I want to be tested for PCOS, But some part of me thinks this isn t the case. I m not overweight. I have always had thinner hair and not too much extra male pattern hair growth. What could be wrong?
