What Causes Irregular Menstruation, Swelling In The Ankles And Low BP?
My 17-1/2 year old daughter has low bp (85/55), rapid pulse (105), swollen ankles, irregular periods and gradual weight gain over the past 4-6 months. She was seen by an ob/gyn in January, took a hormone supplement to induce menses in April and has had only one other period since then. Should we consider other issues?

I really appreciate your concern, hypotension can not be it self so if this is to be confirmed then better to get done the reading from physician till then it is nothing to worry, for the irregular period it is common in this age and it is also nothing to worry, over all it could be nothing to worry, and hope this information helps.
