What Causes Irregular Menstruation And Stomach Bloating After Using Mirena IUD?

hi , so i have the merina and ive always had irregular periods but lately i have been missing periods and i know i am not pregnant because i haven t been sexual active for a year and a half. Also ive been having cramps and bloading around the time i usally would start which is normal when i start my period but i haven t had bleed in for atleast two of the months , i am worried that the merina is making problems of some sort or could it be because i just started working again . should i be worried

I read your query and i appreciate your concern regarding this issue.
These all symptoms or complaints are surely due to IUD.
I would advise you to go for Pelvic ultrasound to rule out infection caused by IUD.
Then consult with Gynaecologist so that immediate treatment should be started after proper examination.
