Hello dear Understand your concern Bleeding on the 26th is breakthrough bleeding occur due to high progesterone in the I pill. (Side effect of I pill due to hormonal imbalance). I pill has five percent failure rate if used with in the 24 hour of sexual intercourse. Now absence of period is due to following reason 1. Pregnancy: It should be diagnosed by the urine pregnancy test and or Blood HCG. If it will come positive then you can terminate the pregnancy by using abortion pill under the advice and observation of gynecologist. 2. Hormonal imbalance: It should be rule out by doing Reproductive hormone analysis. In hormonal imbalance period can be induced progesterone injection or progesterone tablet.
