What Causes Irregular Menstruation After A Miscarriage?
I had a miscarriage at 10 weeks roughly 8 months ago, ever since them my periods are very irregular. I was like clockwork before. Now I get my period anywhere between a 13 day and 28 day cycle lasting much longer than it ever has before. Anywhere from 8-11 days now of incredibly heavy bleeding. I can t go more than an hour and a half at most without soaking through the heaviest of tampons. I am now on day 12 of my current cycle. They told me this is normal but I am worried

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Irregular periods after miscarriage are likely due to post abortal dysfunctional uterine bleeding which are due to changes in uterine endometrial lining.
However, other causes of irregular periods like hypothyroidism should also be ruled out.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined and investigated.
