What Causes Irregular Menstrual Bleeding With Clots?

Hi I had my menstrual the week of December 21 and now it has come back on yesterday morning. Started some antibiotics for strep throat on Saturday so i thought that maybe that was the cause. When I notice the blood yesterday it was clots, and also something light colored stringy with little round things on the end. What could this be. Today I have over flooded two pads and messed up my pants I am bleeding so heavy. Its heavy but light red today. Yesterday my urine actually looked almost burgandy.

I really appreciate your concern, with infection and history of taking antibiotic may changes the menstrual cycle but it is not being proven, but incidence of this are very likely, and it is nothing to worry, even the color of urine can be changed in disease condition and anti-biotic but it is the reversible condition and no need to worry about this hope this information helps.
