What Causes Irregular Heartbeat Alongwith Headache?

I m a 30 year old working single mom with a 6 year-old. I sometimes have like an irregular heartbeat that lasts about 2 seconds, I feel my heart beating hard and kind of like shaking weirdly. I feel fine after I take a deep breath and that could happen about 3 or 4 times a month. I just had one of those feelings about 30 minutes ago, but this time the heartbeat automatically caused me a headache that won t go away. I feel sick just a little dizzy and the headache is really bothering me. Do you have any idea what could that be? what should I do to avoid this? I don t have an history of heart attack or blood pressure neither my family.

Your symptoms are consistent with some type of irregularity in the heart's rhythm which may indicate a problem with an area of the heart referred to as "the pacemaker." The proper testing would include blood work, a good PHYSICAL examination (preferably by a cardiologist) and then, an EGK, a heart monitor such as a Holter or 30 day Event monitor, followed by an interpretation of results and plan to treat. You should not wait since things sound as if they're getting worse and usually these sorts of things don't just go away. Call your doctor or get an appointment with a cardiologist. Please evaluate this as a 5 STAR ENCOUNTER and write me in the future with more questions at: XXXX
