What Causes Irregular Heart Beats?
I have been experiencing irregular heartbeat for a long time now, but it has been getting a lot worse lately. The irregular beats happen every 3-5 beats and I only notice it after I've been out of bed about an hour. Am I at greater risk for having a heart attack or sudden heart failure?

Cause depends upon age,gender,history of heart disease in family.
Do not worry we wold be fine soon.
Avoid smoking,colas,coffee,junk food.
