What Causes Irregular Heart Beat?
I am experiencing a very irregular heart beat. Very fast, and then a brief lull with one dub and then starts beating again very quickly. This has been ongoing for the last 15-20 minutes. Last BP reading was 121/93 and pulse has been varying between 112-115 beats per minute. I know this is not right, but how serious?

You describe arrhythmia, but there are different types of arrhythmias.
To find out the type and how serious it is you should undergo ECG and holter monitoring.
