What Causes Irregular And Scanty Menstrual Bleeding?

hlw ...my wife have irregular and low bleeding in her period...she had an abortion 18 month ago..after this her period start after 20 days sometime..and sometime it happens after 40-45 days...and also period stays only 2-3 days and bleeding is very low every time....she have not much pain ...and she is 22 years old ...we have no child...

From your description it seems that your wife might have a hormonal imbalance. Get her tested for thyroid profile, LH FSH, prolactin, testosterone total. Kindly also go in for an abdomino pelvic ultrasound. It seems that she had a miscarriage probably because of her hormones and not otherwise.
