there are many reason for tremors and movements in extremeties and even only one some time. Do you have any stiffness in youe affected rem and does the stiffness and rigidity increase with more intentional hand movements? many muscle dysfunction related conditions are there but need evaluation by neurologist and certain test that would establish cause that could be central or peripheral. Please see yuor PCPand get reffered to neurologist who would help to establish diagnosis.
