What Causes Involuntary Facial Movements?

Hello,

So I went to a chiropractor for intermittent tingling, pain, burning and numbing sensations on the right side of my face. I had a MRI w/ contrast and I was told that nothing in pressing against any nerves. I heard that chiropractors could help so I went to see one. He started adjusting me and all the sensations that I felt on my right side started to move around my face. For example I would get adjust and my eye would aching and feel numb, next time I got adjusted my forehead would be in pain and tight, next time my left cheek would ache, next time the bridge of my nose would pulse and be in pain on both side. The last time he adjusted me I got this strong pulsing in the blood vessels in my upper lip. It is painful and my upper lip is getting smaller. I can look in the mirror and see my lips pulsing. I asked him why this was happening and he said he didn't know, but its good that the pain is moving. I stop going to him and now I've been stuck with a painful shrinking lip for the past 5 months. No one can tell me what was happening.
