What Causes Involuntary Body Shakes After Rigorous Workout?

Should I be worried? Earlier at the gym, I think I pushed myself a little too far during ab workouts & my back was a little bit more sore than usual. It's been about an hour since I left the gym & everytime I stand up perfectly straight, I'm fine. But as soon as I bend even slightly, my whole body shakes involuntarily until I stand back up. I've never heard of this before & it's never happened before so I don't know how to handle it or even whether or not it will go away by morning or not. Any idea what could be causing this or how I could proceed?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I appreciate your concern, this is very nonspecific types of complain, but it is related with the exercise then this is to be taken little seriously, first thing is your blood glucose level this is to be measured at this time, second you have to evaluate the cardiac status too, these two test you have to get done, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
