What Causes Intestinal Bleeding And Blood In Stool?

i am suffering from a a typhoid. I also have a feces of black color that represent the intestinal bleeding. I have consulted with the doctor. In my reports ESR is high and i also have a more than 5 lacs of platelets. I am worried about my this condition. Kindly suggest me for my diet plan and some kind of medicine.

I would suggest you get a CT scan of the abdomen done. Typhoid can cause perforation in the intestines, which is something needed to be attended early..Kindly consult a good Gastroenterologist near your place
