What Causes Internal Hemorrhoid While Taking Red Rice Yeast?

I believe that the red rice yeast I was taking caused a very severe internal hemorrhoid flare up. I realized that I had recently been taking the red rice yeast regulary and stopped taking it. the hemorrhoid problem disappeared in a few days. Why would this happen? I wanted to take something more natural for my high cholestrol but I am afraid to try it again. 58 yrs., female 5' 5", 130 lbs.,generally healthy with elevated cholestrol

for piles you have to get your surgical consultation and examination , piles become bad with constipation that makes it bleeding, it is not related to food but constipation, you should have a balanced diet, for elevated blood cholesterol level, you could start treatment with statins group of drugs, or cholesterol lowering drugs, it is according to your lipid profile analysis.
