What Causes Internal Dent On The Forehead?

Hi, my daughter fell and hit her forehead on a cement step when she was 2 years old which resulted in an immediate large bump. Over time the bump disappeared however she has an internal dent (line across her forehead) mostly noticeable when she makes certain expressions. I wonder will this ever go away as it hasn t even now at 4 years old? Also, is there anything I can do to help the healing process?

The dent over the forehead is because of the fractured bone that has healed in a abnormal position. It should have been corrected immediately after the fall. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral maxillofacial surgeon and plastic surgeon and take an opinion.
