What Causes Intermittent Pain In Hip And Legs?

Hello, I was wondering, I haven t been to the doctor yet, but I ve had three different joint issues in the past month one in my hip, pain, sort of feeling of dragging my leg. Also, then a week ago woke up with both my knees hurting terrible, fine when I was walking but, if I tried to bend them... Pain. Lasted about two days. Then that went away too and then today my left foot started hurting when moving it, it s the top of my foot and inside, with all three events I can feel the heat coming off the area. Also last summer, it also happened, I clean house so I m always active, but I came home after working all day and took my shoes off and sat down, when I finally got up to walk, oh boy, pain swollen, and the next morning was really bad, swollen could hardly walk on them, went to the doc for that, but he didn t know. And then it went away in a couple days until all this. I m 48 yrs. Los 5 7 1/2 and 130 lbs. work every day cleaning, sometimes 5 days a week, 6 months a yr. I clean 7 days a week, just wondering if you might know ......something?

As per your explanation understand you lead a very active life that's good. And you need to check your uric acid as well blood sugar level, many times it use to be on a higher side and as a result this kind of different area pain is common symptoms. If every thing is normal then I suggest to take omega 3 to you as it looks like there is a lot inflammation in your body and this will work as anti Inflammatory for you. Keep your legs on hight in night when u sleep and do a lot ankle toe movement before you go to sleep and after you wake up to avoid further pain and swelling as well to improve circulation.
If there is issue with high sugar or uric acid then do take appropriate treatment and tablet with diet change. And continue the rest of advice as it is. You will be fine soon
Hope this was useful. Take care
