What Causes Intermittent Night Sweats Along With Cramps In Feet?

Hi! I have always had night sweats, off and on, for years. Lately, I have noticed a vinegar/sweet-sour smell to my sweat when I wake up. In addition, I have started to get crazy cramps in my feet throughout the evening and my quads in the middle of the night and I am worried it could be a blood sugar issue. I am 36, active, taking hormonal birth control.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such sweating is normal one and not due to any disease it self (If the sweating does not have any other symptoms ) you have to avoid the spicy food, garlic, onion, in diet, better to have bath frequently, use good quality of de-oderent, hope this information helps, take care.
I find this answer helpful
