What Causes Intermittent Nausea And Frequent Bowel Movements?
About once or twice a month, I get very tired and cranky and then a sinus headache(I think) and then I have multiple bowel movements and some nausea. After a couple of days I feel great and feel like my bloating has gone down. I have a bowel movement every day.

I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely protozoal like giardiaisis.For my patients with such case i advise to take ofloxacin and ornidazole for 3 to 5 days.I also recommend a probiotic also.Hope this may help you.
