What Causes Intermittent Dizziness And Nausea?

hi, I have been doctor to doctor and no one can seem to help me. For a couple of years I have on and off episodes of where I get dizzy, I am alert of whats going on around me but I need to stay still while its happening. That lasts about 15 seconds and then I get nausea .... I have no clue whats causing this. I am 33 years old.

It seems that you might be having spell of minor epilepsy producing dizzy with stay still position.
consult neuro physician and get examined and investigated.
