What Causes Intermittent Chest Pressure, Headache And Wavy Peripheral Vision?

Hi, My husband is 63 and is complaining of intermittent chest pressure, some headaches, and last night had some wavy peripheral vision. He is here with me now, can you advise what we should do? Should he make a doctor appointment or should I take him to urgent care to be checked?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
He needs to be seen right away since this could be a threatened heart attack or a transient ischemic attack--a threatened stroke. He needs an EKG, blood work, and if warranted a ct scan of his brain
