What Causes Intermittent Burning Sensation At The Tip Of Penis?
Hi,
I am 53 yrs old male with no history of diabetes,heart or any other problem.
For the last 5-6 weeks I keep having a burning sensation on and off during daytime.After about first 3 weeks I increased my water intake to about 2 ltrs a day and it slightly reduced but still there.Mostly at the tip of my penis.The urine culture test done a few days ago resulted negative.
Prior to to 6 week period as a result of shoulder injury for about 8 weeks I was on calcium 600 ( 2 times daily ) along with magnesium and Vitamin D tablets ( for the first time in my life).

I really appreciate your concern the burning sensation of penis could be due to the urine problem the urine must have became more acidic, and in my opinion this need to be added alkali to reduce the acidity of urine and for that you have to take the "Liq. sodium Citrate 20 mg three times in day, hope this information helps you have nice day.
