What Causes Inter Menstrual Bleeding?
My daughter is a healthy 44 year old with one child that was term and delivered vaginally 11 years ago. she is in a married relationship and her husband has had a vasectomy. My daughter is a professional speech language pathologist who works in a hospital rehab setting.. she has had in the past couple of months experiencing what she refers to as bleeding between her periods,, and some discomfort in her lower left quadrant~~~ so with that said what is the likely first cause to look to?

An abdominal pelvic ultrasound might help. Any fibroid or anything? She needs to consult a gyneac for that.
