What Causes Intense Vaginal Pain Despite Taking Lupron Depot For Adenomyosis?

I m a 20 yr old female and I was recently diagnosed with adenomyosis and endometriosis. I am currently on the 3 month Lupron depot injection I get UTI s often even if I don t have sex. There has been Ketones shown on my urinalysis as well as protein, blood, leukocytes, and nitrites. Well I have gotten to the point where I won t have sex and haven t had it in three week I tried a couple nights ago and couldn t because it hurt so bad. Unbearable pain my OBGYN is testing me for I terrestrial cystitis I have also had a cystoscopy done but nothing was shown. My question is if I do get diagnosed with IC what s the fix or is there one?

I do understand your pain and discomfort.
As per your history is concerned please follow these points-
1)Take AB-CEF -200 mg twice a day for 10 days
2)Take Flagyl -500mg twice a day for 10 days
3)Use CANDICLO-V KIT pessary-200mg at bed time for 3 days
4)Check your urine [RE/ME/Culture]
4)Do a latest USG in trasvaginal way if any abnormality detected it will be fixed in laparascopic way.
