Hello

Welcome to Health care Magic

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having intense pain in the temple associated with coughing. This can be because of upper respiratory tract infection and requires treatment by the use of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs.
This requires evaluation to rule out the common causes like fourth nerve palsy and treatment depending on the cause.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for evaluation and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
