What Causes Intense Feeling Of Heat And Vomiting Sensation?

I have bit had an episode of this in a long time.. Initially doctor told me it was in my head. I get this intense feeling to heat flush and my mout feels with saliva that comes very quickly and a need to vomit. The only way to stop this heat feeling is to vomit or run my hand under extremely cold water. What s going on with me?

Thank you for choosing HCM

It seems that you have a migraine which is a disease that occurs due to a trigger factor. A migraine is a recurrent type of headache and can be a distressing disease. Here are a few trigger factors:
Fevers
Infections
Sunlight
Loud music
Weather changes

Here are a few things that you can try to help you:
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Eat meals at regular times
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Drink lots of water

Follow up after 3 days. All the best.
Hope this helps you
