What Causes Intense Burning Sensation In Scalp Inspite Of Using Finax And Levofloxacin?

hello doctor, I m having immense burning senstion(inflamation) in scalp. I m using candid-b lotion, taken levofloxacin 500mg for 10 days, taking finax tablet taking protinex powder daily then too i was not getting rd of this problem.... I m also having hairfall losing approx 200 hair strands per day. please suggest.

I really appreciate your concern, what the history is given here it could be due to some fungal infection, and if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this condition with "Povidone Iodine" shampoo and Minoxidile 5 % solution, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
