What Causes Intense Abdominal Pain Despite Taking Prednisone?

I HAD TO TAKE ANTIBOTICS FOR 24 DAYS, HAD C DIFF, TOOK METRONIDAZOLE 500 FOR 10 DAYS, DID NOT WORK, THEN HAD TO TAKE VANCOMYCIN HYDROCHLORIDE 250 14 DAYS, DID CLEAR INFECTION.BUT HAS CAUSED GREAT PAIN IN COLON. DR. GAVE ME PREDNISONE 10 MG. HAVE BEEN TAKING 1/2 HAVE TAKEN IT A WEEK, HAS NOT STOPPED THE PAIN, IS THERE SOMETHING ELSE THT WOULD HELP WITH PAIN.

you are over medicated by taking those drugs.. you were not supposed to be taking that amount of drug and also Prednisone is not going to help , so stop taking drugs and go for probiotic drinks this will surely help. Prednisone is not good for health in such condition.. start taking probiotic drink for at least a week..
