What Causes Insomnia,fatigue And Dizziness During Pregnancy?
Age 34, weight 59Kgs, height 5.6 ft. I am pregnant for the first time for 21 weeks (as on today). My TSH level was 5.5 on 21st May. Doc prescribed Thyronorm 25 which I have taken since then. The latest TSH level (18th July) show 4.18. Doc has advised to continue the medicine till it comes down to 2-2.5 range. I am also taking Calcium (afternoon), Vitamin and Iron tablets after dinner. Last couple of days I had complete Insomnia. Feeling very tired through out and giddy at times. Please advise.

I understand your problem, dear insomnia may be due to some stress or imbalance in thyroid hormone level, So i would advice get your thyroid profile done and consult your doctor and you can join some antenatal classes to relieve your stress by doing yoga or meditation.
