What Causes Insomnia?

hi doctor..i m 24 yrs old girl. i am not able to sleep during night. i am very thin. my height is 173 cms and my weight is only 48kgs. so is this the symptom of any kind of disease? i used 2 take food on time. my father n mother were also thin during their youth.

1st is stress and tension
2nd is major changes in daily lifestyle
3rd is part of any other psychological disease like depression anxiety etc

look back in ur self and identify those reasons
if u than try to modify it
besides this follow certain hygiene major to get sleep like

fix schedule of sleep and stick on it
no day time nap
avoid smoking
avoid alcohol
avoid tea coffee soft drink before sleep
do exercise that make u fatigue
meditation and stress free work
use bed only when u sleepy
light music while u sleep
cool and calm bed room etc

be relax
