What Causes Insomnia With Sleep Talking?
Am Faith from Uganda ,Kampala,i have failed to get my sleep for now two weeks,to make matters worse i sleep talk,and find myself awake in the night,worn out ,now my head is so heavy,even when i try to catch some sleep i can`t.WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH ME?.

Because of highly depressive state and anxiety you might be having this condition of insomnia, and this can be managed for the time being with Tab Alprazolam 0.5 mg at bed time, but it is advisable to come out this condition, try hot milk prior to bed, exercise, try to be happy stress free, hope this information helps, take care.
