What Causes Insomnia, Headache, Tinnitus, Confusion And Bruxism?

Well, I have been having several symptoms over the following years that are somewhat infrequent (more so, than not) yet disruptive to my sleep. Here is a list of what I have been experiencing and the best way I know to describe it: 1. Unable to move while asleep (?) or awake (?) 2. Very loud electrical or booming noise followed by intense headache or nausea 3. Sounds like I am underwater whooshing drowning noise 4. Unfamiliarity or extreme confusion (intense confusion) 5. Several occasions I have awaken to my head thrashing about back and forth (like that of someone having a bad dream or someone shaking their head no ) 6. Teeth chattering or grinding 7. One or two occasions woke up to my arm moving but would stop when I woke up 8. Moaning noises or attempts to scream (but I am asleep or having a very intense dream) 9. Intense extreme heaviness and strong feelings of confusion-I don t really know how to explain this one. It s almost like a feeling of having air in my head 10. Thus far, 9/10 times I have heard someone speaking or have heard other noises (such as someone walking up steps, familiar voices, the sensation that someone is standing in my presence) and this has happened during times when no one is at home Maybe these things are normal but if you could, please explain to me what is going on. Thank you

Hi dear....You are fine ....how old are you dear??? but you seem to be having fear and confusion ...Have you had experiences, like someone following you/ stalking in real life or being harsh at you??? Are you mostly sad or happy during the day, in your workplace??
Are you happier at home or work or among friends??
Do you have bad dreams everyday?are you on any medication of any kind?
sleeping pills or drugs? Have you had any traumatic experience that would like to share with someone or your doctor?
Most times sharing helps.....you know we understand and we care about how you feel.
We would like to see you get better dear...
You nees to consult a psychiatrist who can help to understand your fears and can help by counselling and afew good medications that can keep these thoughts away..
So dear, meet the psychiatrist and take those pills and I am sure you will no more hear those noises or footsteps again
Hope these partly help to answer your qusetion dear.
Do get back to me if you have any more questions or you are afraid of anything or anyone.
We are there to help yoy.Take care.
