What Causes Insomnia And Headaches While Suffering From PTSD?

Hi, yes. I am a 20 yr old female with PTSD and lately I ve noticed I have trouble sleeping, headaches, I m anxious all the time, mood swings, lashing out in anger, crying uncontrollably, and I ve been on edge. Looked up my symptoms and they said borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. I was prescribed Celexa, Remeron, and .5 mg of Xanax. Haven t had my medication in about 3-4 months because my doctor switched hospitals. Can you help me better understand what is going on???
