If I drink 120 mg caffeine at 7:00 a.m. I cannot sleep for about 22 hours after drinking it. I have seen this over & over again. I *know* it is the caffeine intake. I get GREAT energy for about 6 hours, but NO sleep that night. HOW is this possible? Everyone tells me it is NOT possible. I know it IS.
hiiii caffine is psychoactive substance if u take it in heavy dose it produces CNS stimulation because of that stimulation u feel so energetic sleep dist is the part of that it will take 48 hour to decrease its effect on brain so be relax it will occur only up to next 1 day but caution should be taken to not consume that much amount thank u
