Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query your symptoms resembles perioral dermatitis. It could be due to stress, hormonal changes, use of wrong cosmetic product. I would suggest you to take anti allergic like Allegra 60mg twice daily for 3 days and Ibuprofen in case of pain. I would suggest you to consult dermatologist again for proper evaluation ,doctor may prescribe antibiotic course for 6- 12 weeks and may also prescribe medicine like isotretinoin. To alleviate swelling and any type of inflammation you can go for steroid injections and topical medications. Maintain oral hygiene. Apply dologel on area of inflammation. Drink plenty of fluids.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that the small circular lesions inside mouth over inner cheeks with red inflamed mucosal surfaces seems to be due to Apthous Stomatitis or CANKER SORES..
Canker sores occur due to a number of common conditions like Iron and Vitamin B12 deficiencies, acid reflux, stress, trauma with sharp teeth or dentures, etc..
Confirmation of cause can be done after a clinical evaluation and necessary investigations..
As of now you can take a supportive treatment like application of numbing gel containing Choline Salicylate or Lignocaine over sores.
L-lysine supplements have been seen to help.Soda bicarb gargle can be..
Avoid spicy food..

Hope this information helps..
