Hi i have pain in m urethra which burning inflamed feeling when urinating, difficulty starting urination. I have had this condition for 8 years, i am now 28. The pain comes from the left side of the meatus and on that side is also a round lumpy growth inside urethra exactly where the pain is in my penis.
I have had every test for std, many different antibiotics for suspected prostititis, cystitis fungal and so on. ive also had cystiscope x2 revealing nothing major. PSA test was normal. The urologist pretty much said its in my head but i went to the Dermatologist for the first time in Dec and showed him the lump and he said it definitely looked inflamed and traumatized, he has suggested an mri on the penis to look at possible damage to nerves or structures, he also said it looked vascular. can you suggest any type of conditions that would cause my problem.
