What Causes Inflammation In Urination & Swelling In Testicles?

Last 2 month ago i have problem in urination.some white fluid is come in urine along with blood in early stage and also flamation before and after urination.I consultant to Dr.he give me some treatment and i have recovered but my testicles r swelling and gradually remain to decrese in size but still not in actual size and some time also flamation in urination.
please tell me the solution of this disease.

I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Chlamydial Prostatitis with Urethritis, with Orchitis,which is due to the past STD contact lately.
Hypermotility of the Seminal Vesiculitis with Urethritis and Cystitis,causes the passage of the Seminal fluid while urinating,due to the uncontrolled actions of seminal vesicular contraction while urinating and the burning urination acts.
Reduction in size of the testes is due to the Severe Chalmydial Orchitis and damage,but checked by the belated treatment of the Chlamydial infection by medicines from your consultant doctor.
USG with color doppler of -pelvis with prostate and Testes.Study by Urethrography would assess the urethritis and complications with it.
