What Causes Inflammation In Foreskin And Tightness While Retracting?

Hi my wife is 8 months pregnant and after intercourse my foreskin became inflamed I use hydrocortisone cream 1% and it disappeared but my foreskin is still very tight it is still retractable but had split slightly my head of the penis is not red or inflamed just my foreskin

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed infection of Foreskin (Posthatitis) due to allergic reaction to acidic secretions of vagina .
You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine and anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
